Nobody on the team keeps the mental model of Claude Code as it is today in their head, so nobody on the team is able to reason and decide about Claude Code in the future, is that right? So no long term architecture strategy can exist as no current architecture understanding exists. While it seemingly does work for a system which is a TUI, would the same be true for a complex distributed system today?

'Nobody has a complete mental model of <insert name of system>' has very much been the norm since the invention of the two week's notice. What's actually new is that an architecture strategy can now be cheaply reverse engineered out of any system, adjusted where needed and immediately applied to the development process in days or hours since 'the team' is now a single dude or dudette with a fleet of robots which can see the whole code base together with its durable arch docs at once.

It doesn't do all that much - so nobody being able to fit it in their head is not a good sign.
