Maybe it could be sold as a safety feature.
Suppose you accidentally drive your car off a cliff. Accelerometers and other sensors (cameras) could detect the fall and activate the cold gas thrusters to rotate the car into a safe orientation and bring it to a soft landing.
It should even be possible to use the thrusters as an emergency braking system in case of loss of traction, rollovers, departing the roadway, etc, to avoid or reduce impact damage and injuries.
In theory it could be a car that avoids nearly every accident. Say you're at a red light behind a semi truck and an SUV is about to rear end you. The car could detect the impending crash and lift you up and away from danger.
A supercar that can't crash would be very popular among the ultra rich even at 5 mil a pop.

Yeah, loading high pressure gas into tanks in your vehicle structure is a "safety feature"...
it won't be street legal pretty much anywhere, to quash any further speculation
I would love a non-street legal car ... that didn't need streets.
The car is fun as a concept. Amazing as a demo. And the actual street legal versions will still be fun and amazing to drive relative to "ordinary" hypercar criteria.
"hypercars" should be illegal on streets too
