Only if you believe this to be representative of a road legal car. I find it easier to believe that it's a purpose-built stunt prototype, otherwise they couldn't stop talking about how clever they were solving the seemingly infinite list of engineering challenges and contradictions that make it an actual car that actual people can drive on an actual road.
