If he was the fastest runner, won a the races and had all the world records, I don’t think failing to meet his aspirational goal of 75 would be important.

Boasting you're a year or two from something that is biologically implausible makes a person's proclamations in other fields inherently untrustworthy.
That said, a few seconds of cold gas thrust is more "cybertruck" bad than "theranos" bad.
