If i would have gotten millions and billions of dollar 20 years ago to build a charging network, a handfull of car factories and an EV, i would have achieved that too.

There's a parable of the talents. The wealthy man gives three others a different amount of capital. Each use their capital differently. One was a failure and punished. Who was the failure? Why?
