I would rather not have Hacker News be populated by people hinting at violence as a solution to society's ills. Thanks!

As I said, it doesn’t matter if you or anyone thinks he “deserves” anything. That’s completely irrelevant. What matters is the standard we have for the kind of discussion that belongs here. The only reason this place exists for you to post this garbage is that other people make the effort to raise the standards. If that’s not something you’re willing to do, find some place else that’s more welcoming of this kind of thing.
