That’s the problem, they’re still doing the work and delivering tasks but just not following the guidelines. That’s a discussion we haven’t really had internally yet since it’s all been moving so fast.
After someone in management gets some guts and enforces the rules, others will comply more willingly.
Assuming someone believes the rules are important enough to follow. Otherwise forget it and move on.
