Apple is notoriously secretive about their development timelines and feature releases. This is normal Apple - they’d NEVER disclose that much.

This is neither of those things. This is a bugfix not a feature and saying “this was fixed in build x, can you please retest and confirm” is not a timeline.
I guess that allows them to avoid pointed questions like "Why hasnt this bug been fixed in forever?"
