It's not a bad option nowadays, but I feel the strongest option is going with a provider that charges money for the service provided, not someone that does it for free and has other priorities and monetization streams. That is always going to lead to suboptimal service
Normally yes, but we are talking about Cloudflare here, and their products are always of excellent quality.
