No again. Egypt invaded the Sinai, its territory as recognized internationally, yet taken by Israel in 1967. Syria invaded Golan Heights, again its own territory as recognized internationally even today, yet taken by Israel in 1967.

No again. Israel invaded Lebanon in 2006. Hezbollah demanded its soldiers back per agreement, and Israel was breaking its agreement. Hezbollah invaded Lebanese territory, given to them by Syria, yet occupied by Israel.
