Yes of course. But sometimes, when no one is watching, you can quickly sneak a peek at the code changes. It's ok!

Oh, I read the code. I even write it, at the risk of losing credibility at work.
I claim that AI "writes 80% of my code". But realistically I am in the hot path of my agent ("cd repo", "claude", "do X", "fix Y", "no not like that"), and that's essentially equivalent to writing by hand. I am afraid others will soon see through my charade.
