London - having given itself a crown of 'financial capital', has had faaaaar longer, with a lot more resources. There's no excuse.
The government should be resilience testing everything. Did Covid teach no lessons? Is the defence budget just for shits and giggles?
FWIW, being in Poland, I just used the Blik payment system to pay for my breakfast when my Revolut card got declined today.
