It's missing a few critical "features" that make it even more realistic. Redlining, block busting, eminent domain, mortgage discrimination, public-housing segregation and siting, and restrictive covenants mechanisms.
Thanks for checking it out! Eminent domain and covenants are great material - I’m definitely going to work those into the next update.
I’m aiming for a specific mood so the others are going in the backlog until i can do them uhh tastefully
