Drupal has been pretty good ever since Drupal 8. A lot better than WordPress IME, which isn't exactly a high bar, but it's THE bar now.

The churn stopped after D8 - upgrades from D8 -> D9 -> D10 have all been painless with no major overhauls to the API. The template system, the granular caching infrastructure, namespacing, package management, Symfony core, are good.

It's a solid framework to build on without having to reinvent the CMS wheel.
