Not necessarily the accounts or posts. They can be made to delete all the profiling data that they've collected over the years and be barred from inferring anything from user submitted past data and new data for a few years.
Basically they shouldn't be able to monetize that data in any form directly or indirectly, even if they don't delete it.
That would unironically dramatically improve the world. Knock out Florida and Texas next please!
