The ground reality clearly demonstrates the asymmetry between a 'naked' operator and the one cocooned inside a corporation. The criminal law is identical for both in spirit, in practice; corporations often protect their executives by simply buying out the courtroom: bench, bar and gavel.
You can cocoon yourself in any organization. Limited liability, the thing everyone seems to have a problem with, is very important to get investment into risky ventures, is important for technological progress, and is unrelated at all the criminal liability.
I didn't criticize anything except the ignorance of the statement.
