Who would staff those intelligence agencies if humans are no longer able to understand the work product?
…the pre-existing staff, who by virtue of being staff of the intelligence agency, would be exactly the humans who are permitted to use these gated intelligences, and can therefore use them to explain the results, as described in point 5 of my previous comment? I’m not certain I understand your question, is that what you meant? Or did you mean something else?
In any case, it was just one example, I am sure we can think of plentiful others.
