Then Sony (or whoever) will simply use a VPN to bypass the block...
Though I guess if they stop operating in France entirely, there will simply be nothing left to sue, even if the company still exists elsewhere.

Unfortunately France is also a Lugano signatory, so we'll have to eventually prevail in France as well as Germany, and that will be a long and expensive project.
