Imagine 1000 people torch $100 in tokens before giving up on getting the $500 prize. Let’s go on to assume one person gets a lucky reasoning trace that nails it, then posts a blog about how they made $500 with $100.
This is like how OpenAI solved some hard math problem in only a few hours.
It's a conspiracy! OpenAI made the site to increase token burn :)
