Not to brag*, but that's what I've been doing since 2013 on my php blog [0]. It was actually the result of a hn warm hug of death. My CDN is just a separate webserver serving all static assets using nginx.

Both my css and js are dynamically minified and included in the html depending on which component is loaded on the page.
