Must just spent over $500M influencing midterms in the US.

They don't want us to have any power left a few years from now, and they're winning.","comments":[{"id":50247063,"user":"cortesoft","time":1793033933,"time_ago":"a day ago","type":"comment","content":"

Sociopathic billionaires like Musk, Thiel, Ellison, Zuckerberg, and their cohort.","comments":[{"id":50247625,"user":"small_model","time":1793035928,"time_ago":"a day ago","type":"comment","content":"

Yes because left wing billionaires don't spend money trying to influence politics, only those bad right wing nazis!!!","comments":[{"id":50248056,"user":"poncho_romero","time":1793037417,"time_ago":"a day ago","type":"comment","content":"

This is such a strawman. No one on the left likes left wing billionaires either (to the extend that such a thing exists). People like Musk, Thiel, and Zuckerberg get more attention because they are more visible.","comments":[{"id":50249208,"user":"reliabilityguy","time":1793041279,"time_ago":"a day ago","type":"comment","content":"

Meanwhile, on this planet, more billionaires supported Harris in the 2024 election than supported Trump.","comments":[{"id":50258744,"user":"N_Lens","time":1793106960,"time_ago":"4 hours ago","type":"comment","content":"

(Shrug) Ask your clanker of choice and take it up with the source it cites. In this case Forbes, although I can't get past their paywall to verify it: https://chatgpt.com/share/6ae0cbd8-71b0-83e8-873e-7f110e17f6...","comments":[],"comments_count":0,"level":7,"url":"item?id=50261312"}],"comments_count":1,"level":6,"url":"item?id=50258744"}],"comments_count":2,"level":5,"url":"item?id=50250015"}],"comments_count":4,"level":4,"url":"item?id=50248582"}],"comments_count":6,"level":3,"url":"item?id=50248056"}],"comments_count":7,"level":2,"url":"item?id=50247625"}],"comments_count":8,"level":1,"url":"item?id=50247136"}],"comments_count":9,"level":0,"url":"item?id=50247063"}],"comments_count":10,"url":"item?id=50246845"}
