I resigned a year ago, L65. The service I worked on was 5 engineers, within a few months’ time it was just me. Was always rated a 140 come connect season.

On call 24/7/365.

My mental health took such a beating that I resigned without giving two weeks.

Multiple reorgs (7 in last three years).

HR moving requirements for what it takes to get rated a 100.

Service security review was just me. Guy asked where the rest of the team was. I shared it was just me and said he’s seeing same thing across all the services he reviews, wondered where everyone was going.

Place ended up being stage four cancer and haven’t regretted my decision at all.
