You see, he's no longer running Binance or participating in its operation in any capacity, per their deal with the Trump admin / Justice department. He's tweeting about this hack as a civilian, offering personal guarantees to Binance customers out of the goodness of his heart!
It does really take a load off my mind, knowing that he's completely out of binance now, and instead they have an independent CEO like... his wife. Yep. Can't get more independent than that.
Don’t necessarily disagree but wasnt he already out of prison when he got the pardon??
