Funny how the same argument can apply about the customers of Binance - if you are willing to accept to keep your funds in the hands of an unregulated third party which has a disclaimer at the top of the page saying "Don’t invest unless you’re prepared to lose all the money you invest.", then the onus is on you if you lose your money
