I hate to see it and I hate to say it, but the last time I was in Europe there were A LOT more giant american vehicles, at least outside of city centers. I really hope this SUV plague doesn't go global.

Are you a time traveller from 2010? SUVs are already the most popular kind of car all over the world. That ship has sailed.
I don't think that's true anywhere in Asia, except for maybe the Middle East.
