It's the soccer mom treadmill.
Station Wagons -> Minivans -> SUVs
What's next? I hope we loop around back to station wagons.
Why? I know SW handle better, but who cares. Modern familys handle plenty well.
The taller the car the less safe it is for everyone around it.
And I rented an SUV once and was surprised by how small it was on the inside compared to the outside. Seemed way less practical than it could have been.
