Supposedly narcan does that. Instead of after an overdose, if you have narcan administered beforehand, opioids are no fun.
Not about to try and get some first hand experience with that tho!

No, it blocks the effects of opioids, but it doesn't remove the cravings or withdrawal
And it only lasts minutes.
