30mg is an extremely high dosage, far beyond the maximum Semaglutide (Wegovy) trials (which initially topped out at 2.4 and years later validated a new max of 7.2) and likely to land you in a hospital.

Even 10mg is very, very high, beyond the trials maximums (though preliminary small escalation trials tested that, even reaching 16mg, I guess the participants really didn’t enjoy that) and would have serious side effects if not result in a hospital visit as well.

Please be a lot more careful dispensing advice on a public forum on matters where people could get hurt.

Oral Wegovy is dispensed in higher doses than injection presumably because uptake via the gut is lower.

  • Yeah, came here to say you can't compare dosages across drugs—they are in some cases an order of magnitude different.
