Hi HN! I've been building Taskly for the past 18 months — it's a lightweight team task manager for small teams who find Jira/Asana too heavy but need more than sticky notes.

The key differentiator: Otto (the AI assistant) actually creates, edits, and prioritizes real tasks behind a review-and-apply gate. It uses a hybrid approach (deterministic scoring + LLM reasoning) to triage your workload into "Do now / This week / Can wait / Reconsider."
