Founder of millisecond-era (毫秒纪): 28nm ReRAM compute-in-memory chips to run LLMs on-device. Solo, 10-year horizon, Shanghai.

While the chip ships (~2029-30), I build the algorithms + software stack in the open: github.com/michaelhuo2030/hdc-neon (89× faster HDC retrieval kernel in 90 lines of Rust), 5-paper HDC research series on arXiv.
