Great article -- it's a big problem that needs urgent nnovation. BTW, if you are reading this and are interested in helping build better software for doctors, drop us a line. We are a stealth startup working to fix the software doctors use. As the article explains, if you have seen what physicians have to put up with, it's a bad version of the 90s, and makes medical care worse and more expensive for everyone.
