I've been using Firefox since around 2003 or 2004 - whenever I bought my first MacBook Pro. Firefox was way better than Safari. If I ever do need something that would "require" Chrome, such as a Chrome app, I use Chromium rather than Chrome, since I run only free/libre software on my Libreboot laptop.
