I've been playing with Excel's new LAMBDA function the last few days, and it's taken my Excel love to the next level. I'm now able to write my own set of functions with my preferred naming and arguments, on top of the default Excel functions. For example, I have an "_EXTRACT_ITEM_X" parsing function that gives me the x'th item from a comma-separated list (using recursion).
