It's completely ridiculous that Google's customer support process is basically:

1) AI bot

2) Beg HN/twitter for insider help

3) Lawyers

That's absolutely insane for a product set that has become central to one's life

HN should add a [Corp Support] tab, if Google & Co won't create their own support system, let's do it here, and add a dark pattern leaderboard for not replying/acting
