Tell HN: Toronto Meetup

This is an invitation to you - our Monday evening social group is ready to add a new member or two.

We have been meeting in Toronto every Monday for a couple years now, and it has been a really nice consistent part of life. We focus on thoughtful conversation, usually centered around using technology for a better life and a better world.

There's no corporate sponsor to mess up the vibe, and any presentations are projects and demos brought by individual members. Most demos are Free and Open tech, sometimes research papers, sometimes just whatever is on our minds.

We'll be at Victory Cafe 6pm tonight Monday October 7th, and we hope you'll join us :)
