Just got an email from them saying:

Today we’re reaching out with a heavy heart to let you know that Honeypot will be discontinued at the end of the year. Our recruiting business suffered strongly during the Covid pandemic, and the ongoing recession in Germany has only added to this. As a result, the Honeypot platform including your Honeypot profile will no longer be available from 1 January 2025.

But it’s not all bad news.

You can still enjoy our unique video documentaries, untold developer stories and more on our YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/@Honeypotio

On top of that, you can switch over to our sister brand XING. There you’ll find thousands of recruiters actively looking for tech talent along with every job offer in Germany listed online. That way, XING will continue to serve all your job hunting needs in 2025 and beyond.

For now, you don’t need to do anything. Honeypot will be here for you until the end of December, just as you know it. Plus, we will reach out again in the near future to let you know how you can make the most of XING.
