That's a pretty bold statement for a corporation to make. it's unquestionalble that an army with the best AI will dominate, so it's clear that some restrictions would be necessary. Nvidia did not provide any alternative proposals for restrictions in their statement, so their whole thing comes across as foolish and misguided. Dumb.
