To be clear, Hamas is a group fighting for national liberation and calls for democracy in their foundational documents. Every western nation calls freedom fighters "terrorists". They have a legal right to armed resistance.
The only solution to Israel-Palestine is one democratic state with no ethno-national supremacy.
Civilians getting killed is not a war crime. It is an unfortunate consequence of war, especially when cowardly leadership uses them as human shields. It’s a good reason to not start wars.
If Palestinian civilians do not like being used as human shields, they should remove Hamas and install leadership willing to live in peace with Israel.
People like you will take one of two tacts post-genocide.
