Civilians getting killed is not a war crime. It is an unfortunate consequence of war, especially when cowardly leadership uses them as human shields. It’s a good reason to not start wars.
If Palestinian civilians do not like being used as human shields, they should remove Hamas and install leadership willing to live in peace with Israel.
People like you will take one of two tacts post-genocide. In a few years you will deny being on the wrong side, you always disdained the horrific nazi-like violence designed to exterminate Palestinians OR you will be like the dead-enders of the confederate south or south africa that live disdained by society at large.
