What if multiple technologies fit our use case? There will be one that fits the use case “best”.

You answered your own question: best that fits the use case, still not THE BEST

And how much time do you want to spend evaluating those technologies? Do a MVP with each?

Or maybe sell to customers / venture capitalists based on the first working MVP and move on?
