Yeah and by coincidence the ships are always with a Ruzzian crew or captain , or maybe it is just their level of incompetence or level of vodka that makes them drag their anchors , someone competent or awake would feel that this is happening with their ship .
Quite surprising indeed that it happens more frequently in a region with a lot of ships, a lot of cables, and a shallow sea... :-/
