It's the same around the world, e.g. in Australia. In Eastern Europe, e.g. in Poland, that often starts with K instead.

I think he's comparing the C-suite to a particular popular British word beginning with the letter a C.

  • Pretty sure that fact was obvious to dr_kretyn. He added to that. I'm not sure whether that's obvious to you.

  • That same word is popular in Australia. In Polish, a similar insult (presumably) begins with the letter K
