Hello HN

I've built my first SaaS in many years.

Using this you can manage teams of people, review periods, performance plans and goals. It's more open and transparent way of managing team and individual goals.

It offers - a way to manage people in a team manner, open and everyone can see everyone else's goals. - an AI Goals assistant that will use various inputs to suggest goals, which you can then apply to a plan and schedule and track. - a way to create private teams for those people / plans that should not be widely visible. - various tiers of the product - as various price points - that offer more functionality / AI credits / teams / people limits.

Caveats - I have disabled registration. The site says I am currently onboarding new users into ArchitectFWD Performance (prfrmHQ™) to understand you better and see how the product features are used and what we need to change or add. I've done this as this is in at validation phase I can't just open it up. Also it would burn through my AWS budget! - Limited feature set, e.g. I can manage teams of people but those people aren't linked to a login. I have no email / notification and other reminder functionality.

I'm super excited at what I built as it serves as a good base for other ideas I have in other domains.
