Another thing that drives me nuts is the choice “yes / yes always / ask again next time”. I want “no never”!

Another thing that drives me nuts is the choice “yes / yes always / ask again next time”. I want “no never”!
How will they ever get you to accidentally click "yes" if it doesn't pop up again?
