It's cruel, it's bad for businesses that need their labor, and the chances for mistakes and abuse of power, which have already happened, are large.

Those poor millionaires won’t have people dumping labour costs anymore :(
Now, in combination with tariffs, they can hire college-educated and debt-addled 20-somethings to do the job for just 10x the salary. It's better that they do this than start a family or focus on career building, apparently.
Instead they can pass the more expensive labor costs for less product onto American consumers.
Businesses that rely on illegal labor should struggle, and go out of business.
