We’re looking for a freelance software engineer to join our early-stage startup, Setero, on a part-time basis. You’ll be working closely with the founders on a product that’s already being used by sales teams at top companies.

What we’re building Setero is redefining how companies train sales teams—by automating sales training with AI. Our platform delivers deep knowledge, realistic practice, and tailored feedback that feels human. Our goal: make world-class sales training scalable, accessible, and personal.

Tech Stack TypeScript, React, Vite, tRPC, Node.js, Docker, SST, PostgreSQL, GitHub

What we’re looking for

Solid experience in TypeScript (frontend & backend)

Strong React skills or similar frontend experience

Pragmatic approach to engineering—know when to follow best practices and when to ship

Experience working in fast-paced startup environments

Comfortable with production workflows: PRs, CI/CD, reviews, etc.

Bonus: Experience with LLMs or agent-based systems
