Which devices are you talking about? Do they have cameras, modems, NFC? And you're not talking about running these systems on top of android, right?

Volla is one that comes to mind. Ubuntu touch, it is German, but there should be more coming. Not really advertising them, but should be more that is coming.
Why bother with iOS and Android?
