Hi, my name is Stephen! Former Head of Backend Engineering department (API, Data Eng, AI, DevOps) with 10YOE. I experienced the entire startup journey from founding member to series D valuation as a unicorn. I've led multiple teams of engineers through various growth phases and know how to balance Product delivery and Org growth.
