I’m a Simulations Engineer and Data Scientist with a PhD in Aerospace Engineering at the intersection of high-performance simulation, probabilistic modelling, and applied ML. I enjoy working on applied problems where theory meets implementation; my background spans agent-based modelling, Monte Carlo methods, operations research and spatiotemporal ML models. I have built out and deployed full web apps to productionise my research, so I am comfortable across the stack and have led teams in academia and industry doing similar.
I'm interested in roles where I can combine simulation and ML models and see their impact in the real world, whether that’s in aviation, robotics, logistics, or something I’ve never heard of before.
Heh, we probably know some people in common :) I used to be based on Boldrewood. Looking at undergrads dates it's quite possible I demonstrated Python to you!
