GitLab Pipelines supports features like parent-child pipelines (dependencies between different pipelines), multi-project pipelines (dependencies between different projects/repos), and dynamic child pipelines (generate YAML files in pipeline job that defines a new pipeline). (I don't believe GitHub Actions supports any of these features.)

I believe github actions does all of this? I use the first two features
